This year it could not be otherwise... the 2020 apple harvest has been brought forward due to the high temperatures we were able to enjoy last October, which has undoubtedly allowed us to increase cider production at the beginning of the year.
During this new season of txotx, the consumer will be able to enjoy a very varied and characteristic product of the place, since the early ripening of certain apples, could not have happened in other circumstances.
The harvest has been really special!
As we expected, this year's cider will be characterized by its great intensity and body, thus enabling an unparalleled product that will delight our palate.
For us, this period known as the "Txotx Season" is one of the most eagerly awaited events of the year, as it reflects the culmination of a period of hard work.
This is one of the most emotional and special moments that usually opens on January 12 and ends in late April or early May.
It goes without saying that our star product is cider, but for those who want to enjoy a unique and exceptional gastronomic experience, we also have a closed cider house menu. Its price is (34 €) and consists of cod omelette, fried cod with green peppers or ajoarriero, chop, dessert, drink and bread.
