ASTIAZARAN CIDER, IN BASQUISITE

An authentic international gastronomic showcase. This year we have attended for the first time to the most exquisite and high quality products show held on January 30 and 31 at the Ficoba fairgrounds located in Irun. The experience has been unbeatable. In addition, for us it has been a great honor to be the only sagardotegi from Guipuzcoa invited among all the exhibiting companies.

Objective achieved. It has been two days of intense work. We have had the opportunity to share space with other professionals from more than 20 countries in search of new products.

Local, national and international buyers have visited our stand. We have presented our cider, we have talked about it and of course they have wanted to try it and they have liked it a lot. Therefore, we are more than satisfied and our expectations about our product are very good. We have managed to establish contacts nationally and also beyond our borders.

Basquisite was born in 2017 and is a fair that has already established itself as a business forum for the agri-food industry. Throughout these years, this show has been growing. This edition has brought together nearly 70 exhibiting companies. Gourmet brands that sell their products directly to the best restaurants on the national scene.

Towards the path of internationalization. In Iruin, we will continue working to open up to new markets, taking care of every detail. We are very excited that our cider continues to be recognized around the world.

As you already know, Astiazaran natural cider was the first cider that managed to be marketed and gain a foothold in Japan, one of the most complicated and demanding markets in the world. In addition, in 2017 we started our adventure in New York and there we have managed to sell our cider in the most well-known restaurants, some with Michelin star.
