Cider house menu
At Iruin, we were pioneers in establishing what is now widely accepted as the “traditional cider house menu”, which today is even recognized outside of the province of Guipuzkoa where it originated. Iruin’s Cider House Menu is offered year-round and is the only option available during the cider vintage festival or, “la temporada del txotx” which runs from January to May.
